Meet the New Sales Staff
This month 2 new staff members have joined the X2 Residences team to assist with the sales and marketing of the villas and apartments. David Smith will be managing the sales and marketing of the project and Nannapat Sansuk (Natasha) will be driving the sales of the villas and apartments. It is an exciting time as the X2 Residences project is continually expanding with currently 3 locations and 194 villas and apartments for sale.
David Smith has a 17 year track record in the Real Estate and Financial Services industries, giving him the perfect combination and understanding of the investment angles buying clients are looking for when investing in a holiday home in Thailand. David has worked the property markets in Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, his home country of the UK and of course Thailand, where he has been for the last 12 years working in Phuket and Bangkok Real Estate. David is currently the X2 Residences Sales and Marketing Manager.
Natasha graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management from the Rangsit University Thailand in 1990 and completed her Master Degree in Language and Communication from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) Thailand in 2004. Natasha has more than ten years working experience in a host of international firms in Bangkok before she decided to pursue her career to work in the property industry in Phuket. In 3 years Natasha gained a very high and wide range of skills with a very well know and reputable developer. She has also had international sales experience representing her employers at the international property exhibitions. Natasha is currently the X2 Residences Sales and Marketing Executive.
Both Natasha and David are fully conversant with the property market here in Thailand and as such can explain and advise foreign clients accurately and honestly in regards to issues such as ownership laws, leasehold regulations, banking and financial possibilities pertaining to loans and such like, guaranteeing clients good up-to-date advice at all times.
